MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

In the performance of their duties, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS

Physical Labor - Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects . The employee is often required to use his hands and fingers, to manipulate or to feel. The employee often has to stand, walk, stretch with arms and hands, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, squat or crawl. I called ahead to check with Kennesaw if I could return the flooring to any floor and decor and Nakia said yes as long as they had the product in stock which she checked that Morrow and McDonough Floor and Decor did. She also said it was over 90 days, which I spoke to the lady yesterday on the phone yesterday 22nd and she said everything was fine to come back today.
