Ductwork Between Floor Joists

I have a question that I can't find the answer to...

I help my sister-in-law build her house and she uses floor trusses (14 inches deep, 19.2 o'c open core trusses). Once the walls are sheathed, I don't know how to pass long pieces of sheath through the open spaces… Would it be easier to slide the sheaths before sheathing the outside? it would be easy to slip conduit into the openings now, but if we wait, it looks like we'll be cutting short pieces for the main lines and doing a lot of seams. As you can probably tell, I've never dealt with floor trusses before.
